who should i inflict sadness; girlfriend or parent

My parent will take pills if i marry her because her father is
allegedly involved in money fraud; she will do vaccines if i leave
her. no other worth mentioning. what should i do?

Additional: she is not teh best tidy-up generally speaking family but
has a heart with no imperfections
